Job Description Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures under supervision. Provide warm and professional greetings to guests, ensuring a luxury experience. Answer guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person promptly and courteously. Support reservation management and guest information updates in the system. Assist with handling guest requests, complaints, and special requirements. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area. Learn and apply hotel policies, standards, and procedures for front office operations. Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, etc.) to ensure smooth guest services. Observe and support VIP guest services and concierge tasks as required. Participate in training sessions and complete tasks assigned by supervisors. Qualifications Currently pursuing studies in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field Strong interest in Front Office operations and guest service Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and team spirit Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and ability to handle guests with discretion and courtesy
