Your tasks

As a Front Office Agent, you are a passionate host and the first point of contact for our guests. With your friendly and professional manner, you ensure that our guests feel completely comfortable from check-in to check-out.

Your tasks include:

• Warm welcome and attentive care for our guests
• Performing check-in and check-out
• Processing of reservations, inquiries and bookings
• Acceptance and forwarding of guest requests, complaints and special requests
• Competent advice for our guests about our resort and the leisure activities available on site.
• Cash management and accounting
• Close collaboration with the resort's operational departments
• Ensuring a smooth process at reception
• Support in complying with our quality and service standards
