Type: Full-time, 40 hours, Mon – Friday, 8 – 5 p.m. Pay: Competitive pay (DOE) About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Front Office Lead to oversee and optimize front office operations for our Physical and Occupational Therapy Services Department, which is located inside a busy orthopedic surgeons’ clinic practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and efficiency, and who understands that strong scheduling and throughput are critical to both patient experience and business success. This is a full-time, dedicated position with a fixed schedule, reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer. Who Will Succeed in This Role? This role is best suited for someone who: · Takes ownership of outcomes · Is comfortable holding teams accountable · Values efficiency and structure · Understands that strong operations support excellent patient care · Is passionate about building systems that work — every day · Will commit to a long-term career with Flagstaff Bone and Joint Responsibilities include: · Lead and manage front-office operations for the Therapy Services department · Ensure provider schedules remain full and optimized at all times · Actively manage scheduling strategies to reduce late cancellations, no-shows, and inefficient booking · Oversee patient flow and throughput to maximize clinic efficiency · Enforce strict adherence to established policies and workflows · Partner closely with therapists to align daily operations with departmental and business goals · Motivate and guide team members to prioritize what is best for the department and practice as a whole · Maintain exceptional attention to detail across scheduling, documentation, and front office processes · Serve as the primary operational liaison between therapists, front-office staff, and leadership Requirements Requirements: · Previous scheduling and patient throughput experience is REQUIRED · Strong front-office leadership experience in a healthcare setting · Proven ability to manage complex provider schedules and high patient volumes · Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills · Ability to confidently enforce policies while maintaining a positive, professional environment · Strong communication skills with both clinical and non-clinical staff · Reliable, dedicated, and committed to a consistent schedule · Highly Preferred · Physical Therapy or therapy services experience · Experience working within an orthopedic or multi-specialty practice · Demonstrated success reducing cancellations and improving schedule utilization Finalization of hiring is contingent on a clear background check.
