As we continue to grow and deliver exceptional service, we are now looking for a Front Office Manager to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities
  • Previous experience in a Front Office/Reception management role within a busy hotel environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a front office team.
  • Strong working knowledge of PMS systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High standards of customer service with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage guest relations, resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of reservation and revenue management practices is desirable.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A calm and professional manner under pressure.
