Duties and Responsibilities * Manage all Front Office operations to include, but not limited to, guest service and front desk registration, room inventory and availability, guest service standards and initiatives. * Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward. * Meet and greet guests and respond to guest inquiries, requests and issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner and resolves guest concerns. * Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies and knowledge of the local area and events. * Interview candidates for current job openings and train team members. Job Skills/Requirements/Qualifications * Minimum three years’ experience in a four/five star hotel; with one year of experience in front office management. * Maintain a high degree of ethics and integrity. * Good problem Solving. * Must possess polished telephone etiquette. * Must possess strong organizational skills. * Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays. And on that rare occasion, ability to support our overnight shift. * Ability to effectively communicate with all team members and departments in a respectful and professional manner. * An enthusiastic, positive demeanor and desire to provide exceptional guest service. * Pass pre-employment background and motor vehicles check Working conditions/Physical Requirements   * Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds. * Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day. * Ability to walk and climb and descend stairs. * Must frequently kneel, crawl and twist torso as needed to accomplish required tasks.  * Ability to work with all types of people. * Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
Responsibilities
The manager will oversee all Front Office operations, including guest service, registration, room inventory, and adherence to service standards. Responsibilities also include monitoring and developing team member performance through supervision, scheduling, evaluations, and training.
