Job Overview The Front Office Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office team. The Manager works closely and in collaboration with the clinic RN Manager, in partnership with the Clinic Director, the Manager leads by example in meeting the expectations of our patients, internal and external customers, by ensuring the delivery of the highest quality patient experience. With large/multi-clinic oversight, the Manager measures the Front Office team's performance against quality, patient experience, and front office goals, identifying trends and implementing process improvements while maintaining consistent training for front office staff. Lastly, the Manager also maintains the provider templates of a large/multi-site clinic and works closely with Patient Access and Front Office Processing to ensure appropriate access for our patients and provides clinic leadership support in the absence of the Clinic Director. Minimum Requirements AA degree or currently enrolled in an undergraduate program that will result in a Bachelor’s degree is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. A minimum of five years of supervisory/management experience in a customer-facing organization required; healthcare front and/or back office setting preferred. Experience in building effective teams through education, training, and employee career development. Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location, preferred. A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines. Compensation $92,123.20 - $110,547.84 annually Compensation Disclaimer Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change.
