REQUIREMENTS

Requirements include basic reading, writing and math skills. May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. This job requires ability to perform the following:regularly required to talk , hear and interact with guests. Frequently is required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Occasionally required to walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms. frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
One to two years in related experience and/or training.
PMS experience
Full Service Marriott preferred

Responsibilities

In this role you will assist the FOM manage the day to day operations and of the front office staff; schedule, plan, and develop and communicate departmental strategies and goals. Responsible for scheduling and regularly conducting routine inspections of the front office and public areas to ensure these area reflect a welcoming environment for our guests. You will assist in managing hotel revenue generation and maximization through full use of company systems, processes and standards. Serve as the assistant manager on duty as required my hotel leadership. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
