You will oversee reception staff, manage guest inquiries and reservations, and ensure that our service standards are consistently met. Your leadership will inspire a team that is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional and courteous atmosphere. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office management role in the hospitality industry Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field Strong knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., OPERA) Outstanding communication and organizational skills Ability to resolve conflicts and handle guest complaints effectively Strong leadership and team management skills Have experience with brand standard audit Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus Health Insurance Dormitory for sharing Great Environment
