Job Description We are looking for a Front Office Manager. In our team, all tasks are handled responsibly, without large hierarchies. You will work across brands, both at ibis and ibis budget. Here is an excerpt of your main tasks: • Welcoming guests, check-in, check-out • You help to strengthen loyalty by building personal and friendly customer relationships • Ensuring that administrative tasks never take precedence over guests • Taking guests' individual wishes into account • Receiving guest complaints and ensuring that they are dealt with as quickly as possible (in accordance with the ibis 15-minute service guarantee) • Taking guest reservations • Cash management and accounts receivable control • Cross-departmental work in other departments Qualifications What you bring to the table: A service-oriented personality is essential; you also have experience in similar management positions You are well versed in using Opera or a similar system You have strong skills in establishing and maintaining good relationships with all stakeholders. You communicate ideas, actions and opportunities with your contacts and build strong networks. You lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the framework for high-level performance.
