HEARING SOLUTIONS INC., a privately-owned audiology practice in DeSoto, Texas is seeking a Front Office Manger to join our team. We have been helping patients in our community since 1997, and we are passionate about providing the best hearing healthcare technology available and the best patient experience possible. We seek a sales-focused, customer service administrative front office professional who is passionate about helping people and interested in developing a career in the field of Audiology. CULTURE, ATTITUDE, and ATTRIBUTES are very important to us so the ideal candidate must be: People-oriented Independent Patient-centric with great listening skills An organized multi-tasker A self-starter who exudes positive energy Friendly & compassionate A great teammate The following DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES are central to the role: Manage patients scheduling and confirming appointments Insurance verifications & prior authorizations Maintain patient records & manage patient charts Extensive Customer Service utilizing email, phone calls, and in-person interactions Check patient in and out of the clinic including receiving and posting payments To ensure success candidates should also possess the following EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients An ability to communicate verbally & in writing with utmost clarity Proficiency with MS-Office & other medical practice software High School Diploma with medical front office experience Business school or Associate degree preferred We offer a competitive salary, year-end bonus, and paid time off including holidays. This is currently a 30-hour a week position (Monday-Thursday) with the potential to move to a 5-day schedule. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.
