The Front Office Manager is accountable for the effortless and seamless movement of guests in and out of the hotel and providing exceptional levels of guest service throughout the guests’ stay. Act as Manager on Duty on occasion and respond to emergency codes.
EXPERIENCE
Must have at least two years experience as a Front Office Manager.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must have good command of the English language both written and verbal. Other languages would be an asset.
