Responsibilities

As Guest Services Manager, you’ll be the maestro behind the welcome desk and the chief happiness officer for our guests. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll orchestrate the daily rhythm of the Guest Services team, ensuring every guest’s journey – from “hello” to “see you next time” – is smooth, personal, and memorable. We are open to discuss this being a Full Time or Part Time (24hr minimum) opportunity!

  • Lead, inspire and energise the Guest Services team, setting the bar for professionalism and fun.
  • Be the go-to for team queries, roster wrangling, and task allocation – you’ll keep the front desk humming and the guest smiles coming.
  • Champion communication across resort departments to make sure every guest’s experience is seamless (think of yourself as the ultimate holiday conductor).
  • Step in as the escalation point for guest or team concerns, always with a cool head and a warm heart.
  • Bring fresh ideas and positive energy to daily operations and Head of Department meetings, ensuring our service stands out for all the right reasons.
