JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front office team in a dynamic hospitality environment. EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is essential.
  • Strong background in guest services with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required.
  • Previous supervisory or managerial experience within a front office setting is an advantage.
