Develop and implement strategies for Rooms Division in order to maintain guest satisfaction levels to the standard of the Hotel. Plan, organize, co-ordinate and control the daily supervision of the departments under Rooms Division, which include Front Office, Concierge, Guest experience, The Regent Club etc. section.
