Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to join our luxury resort in the beautiful coastal city of Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. As the Front Office Manager, you will lead and inspire a large team while ensuring exceptional guest experiences that align with our high-end brand standards. Oversee and manage all front office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services Lead, train, and motivate a large team of front office staff to deliver outstanding customer service Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement Manage departmental budgets and optimize revenue through upselling and cross-selling techniques Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless guest experiences across the resort Handle VIP guests and resolve complex guest issues with diplomacy and professionalism Ensure compliance with all company policies, local regulations, and industry standards Implement and maintain efficient front office systems and procedures Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to keep the front office operations at the forefront of luxury hospitality Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role Proven track record of leading and developing large teams in a high-end hospitality environment Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders at all levels Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite In-depth knowledge of front office operations and luxury hospitality standards Financial acumen, including experience in budgeting and revenue management Fluency in English and Arabic.
