REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role in a reputable hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) and proficiency in MS Office.
Responsibilities
  • Manage daily front office operations including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest services.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate a team of 15 front desk associates to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service quality and efficiency.
  • Handle guest concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to optimise hotel operations and guest experiences.
  • Prepare reports and analyse data to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
