Description Summary The Office Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the administrative duties in the front office and ensuring that the office operates efficiently and smoothly. Their responsibilities include developing workflow protocols, policies, and overseeing the front office staff in scheduling, correspondence, and customer service. Duties Oversees the daily work activities of the office. May handle or assist with discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. Provides clerical support when needed to assist clerical staff with assigned administrative duties such as answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents. Supervision and training of all front office staff including safety, job duties, schedules, and compliance of company policies and procedures Responsible for the follow-through, implementation, and completion of all duties, new policies, procedures, and projects taken on by the front office staff Collaborates with other department supervisors, administrative assistants, and company consultants on a regular basis to ensure an unparalleled customer experience Pre-screening, hiring, and orienting new front office staff Provide critical and unbiased feedback during coaching opportunities and employee evaluations Performs all front office duties as needed Benefits Medical//Dental/Vision 401(K) at a 4% company match.
