Ahead of our grand reopening in Q1 2027, we’re seeking an experienced and motivated full-time Front Office Manager to lead our guest services team and ensure a warm welcome and seamless stay for every guest. What will you be doing? As Front Office Manager, you’ll play a critical role in leading the reception and reservations team, ensuring efficient operations, and driving guest satisfaction. Reporting to the Resort Manager, you’ll inspire your team to deliver excellent service while managing bookings, financial processes, and compliance standards. Your day-to-day impact Lead and inspire the Front Office team, ensuring exceptional guest service standards. Oversee daily reception and reservations, including check-in, check-out, and guest enquiries. Manage bookings, rates, and occupancy to maximise revenue. Train, roster, and develop your team to perform at their best. Review and act on guest feedback, resolving issues promptly. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and WHS requirements. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B to deliver a seamless guest experience. What you’ll bring to the team Proven leadership experience in a front office or reservations role within hotels, resorts, or similar. Strong understanding of hospitality systems (NewBook), reservations processes, and guest relations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a guest-first mindset. Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. Experience training, rostering, and developing high-performing teams. Qualifications in Hospitality/Tourism/Management desirable.
