FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

Since 1989, Rockhill Women’s Care has been dedicated to providing quality care to our patients. We are a full-service OB/GYN practice in Kansas City with offices in Overland Park and in Lee’s Summit.
Rockhill is an all-female physician-owned OB/GYN practice. Being physician owned, we have a commitment to prioritizing the needs of our team and our patients.
We are seeking a full-time Front Office Manager to provide daily operational management of our front office personnel at our medical practice.
This position is highly involved with patients, staff, and providers. It requires collaboration and active management of the front office team. This position is the direct manager of 10-14 staff. Sharing time and commuting to all office locations is a requirement of this position. Full-Time office schedule is M-F 8:30am- 5:00pm. M/W/F in Lees Summit and T/Th in Overland Park.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working in all areas of the front office
  • Day to day operations of the front office department
  • Creating/Managing schedules
  • Conflict management
  • Recruiting/Hiring staff
  • Training front office personnel
  • Leading and preparing for department meetings
  • Participating in manager meetings
  • Providing outstanding customer service over the phone and in-person

This role is highly focused on team building, operations management, and customer service.
Starting salary range for this position is $50-55K with quarterly bonus opportunities!

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of customer service
  • Prior personnel management experience
  • Prior medical office experience is preferred
  • Electronic medical records (EMR) experience preferred
