We are a busy Internal Medicine practice looking for a front office Medical Assistant extraordinaire to join our team! Our practice mission is to deliver outstanding comprehensive care to our patients. This means we constantly strive to learn more, improve, and have fun while doing it. Office Duties: • Greet and check in patients in a warm and professional manner. • Answer multiple busy phone lines and triage patient callers. • Schedule patient appointments and respond to incoming patient messages. • Prepare for upcoming appointments by obtaining reports, imaging, and/or labs. • Assist with ordering labs, pending orders and refilling prescriptions. • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Requirements Preferred qualifications: • EPIC EMR (preferred) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Great attitude and willingness to acquire new skills • Must be available for training in April.
