Job Description We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Receptionist to join our team in Kuwait City, Kuwait. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout their stay. Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions Manage incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously Process payments and maintain accurate financial records Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times Assist with administrative tasks as needed Stay updated on hotel policies, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to guests Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software Knowledge of local attractions and services in Kuwait City High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality is a plus Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Additional Information experience is an asset Prior experience working with Opera or a related system Fluency in English additional languages are a plus Your team and working environment: In 1-2 sentences, introduce the team, property or office environment in a way that reflects the culture Note: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permits Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
