EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Have previous receptionist experience, ideally in a large and busy 4-Star hotel
  • Have knowledge of reception and reservations systems
  • Have excellent attention to detail/IT skills
  • Have previous experience with Fidelio/Opera (required)
Responsibilities
  • To provide 100% quality service to guests at all times
  • To carry out duties in accordance with statutory, health and safety requirements
  • Deal with day-to-day front office operations
  • Deal with check-in and check-out of guests
  • Deal with guest queries
  • Process payment for guests’ bills
  • Organise check-in for large tours and groups with room allocations
  • Manage reservation enquiries when required
  • Ensure all large company postings are accurate on the company account
  • Assist in training and coaching of the Front Office Team
  • Assist with management of the Front Office Team/Department
  • Conduct effective communication within the Department, and with other Departments
