Description

As a Front Office Receptionist your role is to be responsible and provide professional and customer focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience.

  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
  • Manage online and phone reservations
  • Provide information about hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
  • Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
  • Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests
  • Up-sell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
  • Run and review daily reports/logs
  • Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system
  • Accept and record wake-up call requests and deliver to appropriate department
  • Process all payment types, adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges; provide change

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel for at least 1 year is required

Requirement:

  • Win-HMS experience
  • Active listening and effective communication skills
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
