SUMMARY

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Hildebrand Home Care, Inc. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations at our office and providing excellent customer service to our clients and their families. Located in Canon City, this position plays a vital part in supporting our mission of delivering quality home care services.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to assist diverse clientele.
  • Experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar office management role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and staff.
  • Proficiency in medical scheduling software or phone systems is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with insurance verification processes is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage front desk operations including answering phones and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain accurate client records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist with insurance verification and processing as needed.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, caregivers, and other staff members.
  • Handle incoming inquiries regarding services offered by the agency.
  • Prepare care plans in collaboration with the caregiving team when necessary.
  • Ensure the front office area is organized and welcoming.
