Guest Service Agent - Cairns City

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and professional Guest Service Agent to join our hotel team.

Your role:

• Welcome and assist guests
• Handle check-ins, check-outs and bookings
• Respond to guest enquiries
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist with general front office duties

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly and confident
• Professional and well-presented
• Reliable and organised
• Comfortable using technology
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
