Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This role will be split across Front Office and Housekeeping. Your duties include but are not limited to:

  • Providing a high standard of customer service
  • Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
  • Completing the day-to-day office administration
  • Clean and prepare guest accommodations and communal areas

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping role
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experience
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A fun and enthusiastic personality
  • Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster including weekends
  • Current drivers licence essentia
