We now have a fantastic new opportunity for Front Office Receptionist to join our team and contribute to the future success of Killashee Hotel.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and have positive attitude
  • Passionate about hospitality and excellent service
  • Flexible with hours/ own Transport
  • Will have previous experience in a similar role in a 4 star hotel
  • Be an excellent communicator, have fluent English and have a very high standard of personal presentation

Responsibilities:

  • Providing an excellent customer service experience to all clients
  • Usage of Hot soft Front Office System
  • Working as part of the Front Office Team (reception, reservations and guest relations)
  • Day to day running of the Reception Desk and switchboard
  • Processes reservations, cancellations and modifications promptly
  • Up sell Hotel Packages & amenities
  • Understanding the hotel’s policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows
  • Ensure all guests queries are handled promptly and efficiently
  • Professional and prompt check in and checkout of guests
  • To comply with the hotel policy in relation to cash handling and the billing/credit policy of the hotel
