Responsibilities

Reporting to the Assistant Front Office Manager, your key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Guest check in and check outs and accommodation reservations for leisure travellers and conference groups;
  • Process payments & maintaining records;
  • Answering incoming calls, general enquiries & assisting guests with their requests;
  • Provide information to guests about accommodation, rates and amenities;
  • Cross sell & upsell products & services;
  • Communicate & collaborate with other departments such as food & beverage, concierge, housekeeping, maintenance & spa.

Available shifts include:
6.00am - 2.00pm
2.00pm - 10.00pm
