Responsibilities

In this customer service facing role, you’ll assist guests with their bookings, stay and reservations needs from beginning to end. Reporting to the Duty Manager, your key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Facilitate guest check ins & check outs and provide information to guests about accommodation, rates and amenities
  • Complete pre-arrival checks, follow up late arrivals or cancellations
  • Maintain records, emails, respond to phone enquiries and provide solutions to special requests
  • Maximize accommodation bookings by upselling/upgrading, cross sell & upsell products & services
  • Assist with lobby shop sales, process payments, maintain records and accurately collect, receipt, and record all monies
  • Process reservations information with accuracy, monitor room blockings, report pick up, VIP & upgrade accommodation
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guests needs are met
