As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the face and first point of contact for the RACV Inverloch Resort. In this busy and varied role, you will be on your feet and utilising your amazing customer service skills to provide our members with the best experience whilst at the reception desk. You will be motivated and hardworking with the “can-do attitude” which will see you thrive in the role.
Your key responsibilities are to undertake the day-to-day duties associated with check in and check out of members, accommodation reservations, answering phone calls and assisting with requests and general enquiries.
We are hiring both casual & permanent part time role. You’ll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands. Shifts will vary across a 7-day rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
