Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable all-rounder to join our team in a combined role supporting both housekeeping and front office operations.

  • Clean and reset guest cabins, amenities, and common areas
  • Welcome guests and assist with check-ins/outs
  • Manage bookings and guest accounts using our reservation system - RMS
  • Assist with general admin and maintain smooth day-to-day reception operations
  • Respond to phone and email enquiries and provide local area information
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure cabins are guest-ready

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in housekeeping and front office hospitality roles
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Great customer service and communication skills
  • Tech savvy with RMS experience a bonus
  • Flexible with rostered hours across 7 days (weekends a must)
  • Current driver’s licence essentia
