We have a fantastic opportunity for a Front Office Receptionist to join our team at Grand Mercure Basildene Manor, located in the picturesque Margaret River region in Western Australia. In this role you will be responsible for offering a quality customer service experience in all areas for our guests.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • Experience working in a similar a hospitality/customer service environment preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service through the handling of reservations, reception duties, guest activities and general administration
  • Professional appearance and telephone manner
  • A demonstrated commitment to be part of a positive team
Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, courteous and professional service to all guests
  • Attend to check-in and check-out of guests in an efficient manner
  • Manage the guest room inventory and accounts in line with hotel procedures
  • Assist guests with requests and creating memorable experienced by sharing your hotel and local knowledge
