Full-time Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM - NO WEEKENDS!

Our Front Office Coordinator serves as the face & initial point of contact for associates and clients. You will be responsible for answering inquiries both on the phone & in person, scheduling appointments, consulting candidates on processes and potential opportunities available to them, Screen, recruit and interview potential candidates. coordinate professionally with our clients regarding applicants they may be searching for & general office work such as data entry, filing & scanning documents.
This is a highly demanding & fast paced work environment, we are looking for candidates that are able to maintain composure & professionalism at all times, while analyzing and/or prioritizing multiple duties at once.
