This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests and clients promptly and courteously. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely manner. Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings. Manage the check-in and check-out process for visitors and clients. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus. Proven experience as a Front Office Representative, Receptionist, or similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
