T  Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. * Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. * Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff members. * Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. * Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages accurately. * Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus. * Proven experience as a front office representative, receptionist, or similar role. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment. * Professional appearance and demeanor with a positive attitude.
