Job Description
As a Front Office Sales Representative, you will be the first impression for our clients, delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales of our clinic services and products. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, managing client interactions, and promoting our offerings to meet sales goals.
This hybrid role blends top-tier hospitality with clinic sales. You’ll be a trusted resource for clients throughout their experience. Ideal for someone passionate about beauty, wellness, and creating genuine connections—with a knack for both service and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients, providing a warm and professional first impression
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services and products
  • Drive sales through effective communication, upselling, and promoting special offers
  • Schedule appointments and operate the front desk operations efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office environment
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Stay updated on clinic services, products, and industry trends

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of client-facing sales experience, preferably in a luxury or service-oriented environment
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a med spa or aesthetic industry setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Familiarity with med spa treatments, such as laser therapies, injectables, and skincare services
  • Proficient in scheduling software and basic office technology
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
