JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Office Specialist to join our team in a dynamic clinic environment. This role is crucial in providing exceptional patient care and support within our medical or dental clinic.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a clinic or medical office setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical records management and office procedures.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software, including Meditech.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
  • Knowledge of dental clinic operations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
