We are looking for a Front Office Shift Leader to join our incredible Front Office department here at the Royal Garden Hotel. The Front Office Shift Leader is responsible for supervising the Reception daily shift to ensure a friendly atmosphere in order to facilitate guest experiences in a unique and sincere way.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure a smooth running of the shift and to ensure that the daily checklists are completed
  • Manage and assist the team members with incoming email, message, and correspondence via Customer Relationship Management (Revinate). Monitor the quality of these interactions to ensure a high standard of service
  • Ensure all team members are familiar with the daily business, such as expected group arrivals, VIP arrivals, functions, meetings etc.
  • Ensure that all team members are familiar with hotel product offerings, in particular all rooms and suites
  • Ensure hotel Lobby is manned at all times, guests are acknowledged and greeted with the smile and eye contact
  • Ensure and assist Reception team members to deal with all guests enquiries, requests, and complaints in an efficient and professional manner
  • Ensure that effective handovers are prepared and taking place at the beginning and end of the shift
