Job Description Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Front Office Department to ensure service standard are followed with friendly and engaging service. Understand and implement the working knowledge of the Front Office operations, and ensure the function of all front office sections, including concierge, reservation, and cashiering. Familiar with the membership management and able to maintain the coordination of all arrivals and departures of special guests (Loyalties, Dignitaries, VIPs). Ensure department policies and procedures are understood by all Front Office team and observed in tasks performed. Ensure strict procedures are followed for all cash/credit, cheque transactions, accounting and banking procedures, issue of keys and guest confidentiality. Implement an effective communication of new and updated information regarding general hotel information, policies, and rates, as well communication related to the guest request and preference. Qualifications Hotel background with Loyalty knowledge and proven experience in a similar role, and present a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service. Fluent in spoken English, Indonesia and any other language proficiency being highly desirable. Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and proficient in handling guest complaints and problem-solving. Highly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention to detail. Able to work cohesively as part of a team.
