As a Front Office Supervisor, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities Competitive wages and benefits What you will be doing: Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service Take initiative to add a personalized experience Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service Supervise and train the Front Desk Agents to ensure all Fairmont standards and operating procedures are adhered to Handle guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper areas Follow department policies, procedures and service standards Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Previous guest service experience required Previous Property Management System experience required Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required University/College degree in a related discipline an asset Must possess a professional presentation Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Highly responsible & reliable Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Ability to work cohesively as part of a team Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to): Frequent standing and walking throughout shift Compensation: $28.69 per hour Additional Information Visa Requirements: Successful candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
