Job Description We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Front Office Supervisor to join our dynamic hospitality team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our front office department, you'll be the driving force behind exceptional guest experiences while leading and supporting a dedicated team. Oversee and manage all daily front office operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, inquiries, and billing procedures with precision and efficiency Lead, train, mentor, and motivate the front office team to consistently deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high performance standards Manage room inventory strategically, optimize occupancy rates, and analyze front office performance metrics to drive business goals Address guest concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, collaborating seamlessly with other departments to ensure comprehensive guest satisfaction Develop, implement, and maintain standardized operating procedures for front office functions while ensuring continuous improvement Ensure strict compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and local UAE laws and requirements Handle financial transactions accurately, manage cash operations, and maintain meticulous records with strong attention to detail Schedule staff efficiently, manage resources effectively, and adapt to operational demands in a dynamic environment Utilize hotel management systems and technology to streamline operations and enhance team productivity Foster a supportive, inclusive team culture that encourages open communication, professional growth, and collaborative problem-solving Qualifications Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to customer service excellence Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities in high-pressure, fast-paced environments Proficiency in Opera Cloud PMS and other hotel management systems Advanced organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively Solid financial acumen, including cash handling, billing procedures, and financial record management Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical capabilities and accuracy in all operational tasks Knowledge of hotel operations, guest services coordination, and front office best practices Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Familiarity with UAE hospitality standards, local regulations, and compliance requirements is advantageous Strong decision-making abilities combined with resilience and adaptability to changing circumstances Commitment to fostering an inclusive, transparent, and collaborative work environment Job-Category: Rooms Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
