JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk staff. Duties include greeting and directing guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and providing assistance to guests.
  • Respond to guests’ inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage reservations and room availability.
  • Ensure accuracy of billing and payment processes.
  • Train and coach front desk staff.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous Hotel experience in a customer service role.
  • Working knowledge of Hotel management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per mont
