As a Front Office Supervisor, you will assist the Assistant Front Office Manager by overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office team. Your responsibilities include managing, directing, and training colleagues to consistently meet professional standards and provide exceptional customer focus. You will conduct monthly departmental meetings and maintain open communication within the team, especially in the absence of the Assistant Front Office Manager and Cluster Front Office Manager. You will also conduct show rounds for potential guests, ensuring they receive a warm and informative welcome.
Additionally, you will handle guest comments promptly and courteously, coordinating with relevant departments like maintenance and housekeeping to ensure swift and efficient follow-up. Your proactive approach will ensure all aspects of the guest experience are exceptional.
