Description

The Days Inn by Wyndham Vancouver Downtown is seeking a new team member to join our Front Office!
As a small hotel, our team is very tightknit, and we are seeking out a Front Office Supervisor who has the necessary skills to lead a team towards Service Excellence. You will be a major part of the Rooms Division working closely with our Guests and Management daily, as well as liaising with other Department Supervisors and supporting the Front Office team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, have a high level of skill with typical office computer programs such as Excel, Word and Outlook which will be used daily and the ability to quickly learn other computer-based tasks.
Previous experience with Opera is considered an asset.

Education:
