The Spring House Hotel Rome Vatican, Tapestry Collection is recruiting a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at our newly opened hotel in Rome, Italy. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all front office activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and providing assistance to guests. You will also be responsible for supervising Front Office Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all front office activities, including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest assistance
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all guests
  • Manage hotel services, products, and pricing to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
  • Fluent in Italian and English to effectively communicate with guests and team members
  • Handle and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Train and supervise front office staff to ensure high-quality service is maintained
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of front office supplies and equipment
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to improve front office operations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
