They act as the Front office Manager in their absence. They assist with reservations and bell/valet necessities. They read all communications logs and make relevant entries. They are responsible for shift closing reports for front desk agents, key audits and money handling. Ideal Candidate has previous experience in a hospitality resetting. Is familiar with Front Office Operations. Has supervisory and money handling experience. Has open availability and understands guest centric service.
