Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of front office staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Ensure guest check-in and check-out processes are handled efficiently and accurately. Provide exceptional guest service and handle guest complaints with professionalism and urgency. Train and motivate front office employees to maintain excellent service standards. Maintain communication with other hotel departments to optimize guest satisfaction. Monitor front office procedures to comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. At least 3 years of experience as a front office agent within the luxury hotel industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office. Experience with the Protel system will be considered an asset. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
