We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area. In this role, you will ensure our guests receive exceptional service and support, helping to create a welcoming and memorable experience throughout their stay. You will supervise front desk staff, manage daily operations, and handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise and support front desk associates to maintain high standards of guest service. * Manage daily operations of the guest service department to ensure seamless service delivery. * Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively. * Train new and existing staff on customer service best practices and company policies. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met. * Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions. * Assist with scheduling and administrative duties as required. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum of (2) years hotel/resort experience preferred. * Minimum of (1) year of supervisor role experience preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to handle guest issues with patience and professionalism. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Proficiency with property management systems and Microsoft Office. * Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
