The Front Office Supervisor at The Verve Hotel - Boston Natick plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient front desk operations, providing exceptional guest service and supporting the front office team. This position requires a proactive leader who can manage daily activities, resolve guest concerns, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff. RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise and coordinate front desk activities to ensure seamless service and operations. * Provide training, guidance, and support to front office staff to uphold high standards of guest service. * Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. * Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing. * Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs and requests. * Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently to maximize guest satisfaction and minimize wait times. * Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations. * Assist in preparing reports related to front office activities. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum of (1) year of supervisory role experience preferred. * Minimum of (2) years hotel/resort experience preferred. * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. * Excellent communication abilities and a professional demeanor. * Proficient with front desk software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Flexibility to work PM shifts including weekends and holidays.
