POSITION SUMMARY
Knight Castle Hotel is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Night Front Office Supervisor to oversee all front office operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction, team coordination, and operational efficiency, while maintaining safety and security throughout the night.
GUEST SERVICES & EXPERIENCE
· Ensure outstanding guest service and satisfaction during night operations.
· Handle guest check-ins/check-outs, especially late arrivals and early departures.
· Promptly respond to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies with professionalism.
· Maintain a warm and professional presence at the front desk and lobby.
· Supervise and support the night team, including Front Desk Agents, Bellmen, and Valet staff.
· Train, guide, and provide performance feedback to team members.
· Ensuring hotel standards, grooming policies, and operational procedures throughout the shift.
ADMINISTRATIVE & OPERATIONAL DUTIES
· Monitor room availability and reservation accuracy.
· Manage billing, payments, no-shows, and overbooking situations.
· Handle special requests, room relocations, or basic service recovery actions.
OPTIONAL/ADDITIONAL DUTIES
· Support maintenance or housekeeping coordination if necessary.
· Represent as the face of the hotel during night hours.
